Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@amaframe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
